Thirteen-year-old Luna Reed's life is officially a disaster. Her best friend Riley won't even look at her-not since the kiss. Just when Luna is positive things can't get worse, her actor-cousin Oakley sweeps in from Hollywood with a dramatic plan to fix everything. His advice?
