There are valuable studies carried out by academics about business ethics. I want to thank all the scholars and researchers whose work I have benefited from. Every day, public and private institutions publish texts under "codes of ethics" and make an extraordinary effort to raise ethical values. Ethical values positively affect the company's achievement of a competitive advantage. In this context, I hope this book will contribute to managers, personnel, and researchers in this field. This book consists of a total of five chapters. The first chapter explains the concept of ethics and the fundamental dynamics of ethics. Within the first chapter, the ethical understandings of philosophers are also discussed. The second chapter describes the concept of business ethics, its definition, the elements of business ethics, and the primary reasons for the need for business ethics. Furthermore, the third chapter explains the stages of business ethics in business life. The fourth chapter examines unethical behaviors and the underlying causes of unethical behaviors. Lastly, the fifth and final chapter of the book explains the institutionalization of business ethics and ethical behaviors.
