Kelia Bazile's journey began in 1984 as a team member at YUM! Brands-Taco Bell in Dallas, Texas, where she developed a service-first leadership philosophy grounded in operational excellence, discipline, mentorship, and purpose.
In 2025, she was named President of Carrabba's Italian Grill.
With more than four decades of restaurant leadership experience, Kelia shares lessons shaped by resilience, faith, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to people.
