In her last book, "Consciousness, Reality, and Making Love," Dina Wilcox took readers through what she called "expanded reality"-a place where we use our non-physical senses: imaginations, intuitions, dreams, and feelings, relying on our consciousness to get there. As a child, Wilcox believed the Universe was God and, as she said, she always felt safe with "It." She would continue living her life with some changes-like no longer eating in restaurants and not buying so many books-and try to feel whether the Universe was aware of her and whether "It" was invested in her well-being in ways she would be able to sense.
Her journey turned into an Odyssey, and Wilcox became a heroine as she encountered many new kinds of people: Peru's last Emperor, Huascar, in his domain in the Underworld; magical animals like Clark the giraffe, who allowed her to ride on his back with her arms around his neck; the wonderful spiritual teacher Maria, who has also become a dear friend; Saint Germain, who to this day still guides her; the mystical Blue Russian cat named Fiona; and all of the beautiful people who helped keep her spirits high as she moved closer and closer to the final happy ending.
