本研究利用田間尺度的控制試驗手段，對不同耕作體系下，氣候變化和灌溉次數如何影響農田生態系統C循環進行了研究。研究包括了土壤中有機碳庫、地上部作物生物量和CO2形式的C素循環的特異性情況。同時對於不同耕作耕作對土壤有機碳庫的影響也進行了評價。主要得到了以下結論：（1）增溫增加了小麥和玉米的地上部生物量，但對產量影響不明顯。增溫縮短了小麥的營養生長期，提前了生殖生長期。（2）增溫在2010和2011年並沒有明顯增強土壤呼吸及土壤異氧呼吸，表現出農田土壤呼吸對溫度升高的適應性。增溫下土壤呼吸的溫度敏感性指標（Q10）和常溫下的差異不明顯。（3）小麥季農田生態系統為碳匯，溫度的增加會提高小麥的碳匯效果。研究發現單一的增溫和灌溉次數的對作物光合速率（GEP）和淨生態系統C交換（NEE）的促進不如兩因子交互的效果明顯。（4）增溫會增加免耕處理下0-5和5-15cm土層中溶解性有機碳和微生物生物量碳的濃度。
