●關於『三訂版』 『テーマ別　中級から学ぶ日本語』自初版以來，已超過20年之久，並得到許多教師與學習者的支持。在此期間，已修訂過一次。此次，隨著時代的變遷、學習者層、學習的需求，甚至考慮到學習方式的改變等，故決定大幅修訂。 本三訂版的編纂重點放在課文的長度、新的學習項目數量的限制以及漢字的提示方式等，以期能達到更有效率的語言學習目標。 ※『テーマ別　中級から学ぶ日本語』【三訂版】為全新的課文內容與過去的【改訂版】完全不同。 ●本書概要 １　適用對象　『テーマ別　中級から学ぶ日本語』（以下簡稱為『中級』）以完成初級日語的學習者為對象。了解日語的基本句型結構和語法　規則，能以常用的基本語彙和表現正確地傳達之學習者。更具體地來說，日常生活中的一般場景所需的對話，或能夠描述自己周遭所發生的事情，可以表達意見或感想的學習者。 ２　『中級』的達成目標 『中級』的主要達成目標有以下兩點。 ①日常切身經歷的事件和社會性的話題，能將自己的想法、觀點和理由一起說明 ②對於持有不同的角度和思維方式的對象，能夠抱持著興趣，彼此交換資訊和意見 為了實現上述目標，在學習過程中，我們想延伸發揮的技能如下： a）理解更複雜的文章結構，通過適當的連接，可以將內容彙整後進行交談 b）理解句子的結構，能彙整文句並可讀寫 c）增加漢字及語彙數量的同時，能理解並適切地使用漢字及語彙‧表現，並擴大使用範圍 d）能夠配合發話的意圖、演說的層級（書面用語，口語用語）、場面等，適切地靈活運用各種表現 此外，為了均衡延伸〝讀〞、〝寫〞、〝聽〞、〝說〞四個技能，完整學習１課必須包含『練習問題集』。再者，『教師手冊』中，有合併使用『中級』和『練習問題集』的例子。 ●『中級』的編纂方針 正如上訴，『中級』與『練習問題集』併用，目的是延伸日語的４個技能的運用能力。每課各11個單元（『中級』８個單元，『練習問題集』４個單元）所構成。 １　主題的設定 基於「語言學習最大的動機就是興趣」的理念，每課的主題設定都是依據這個理念。主題的選擇標準是能讓學習者彼此或教師和學生都共有的問題。例如；選擇語言的作用、日常的親身體驗、所見所聞的社會問題或氣候異常等的全球性的問題，希望學習者共同思考貧困、少子高齡化等主題。 ２　學習項目的明確化 新的學習項目都在每課的課文中提出
