千華數位文化出版 商鼎數位出版 書號：0B531091 實體書籍購買連結：https://pse.is/RYUA9 各類考試介紹連結：http://goo.gl/Q3edo7 筆者在1992年英國留學時，已經強烈感受到，當時歐洲對 "model"（模特兒）重視程度提升，讓筆者預知深受西方文化影響下的臺灣，有朝一日，必定會走向這個趨勢。果不出其然，2004年在名模林志玲的帶動之下，國人開始密切的關注 "model" 的一舉一動，"model" 不再如過往只是個可有可無、跑龍套的小角色，而是話題接連不斷的焦點人物。"model" 這個議題隨著社會大眾關注而躍升成為熱門探究的新顯學，也帶動學校開始紛紛成立與 "model" 相關的一些科系或是組別。 雖然社會大眾如此重視 "model" ，但學界與坊間，卻未見一本由國人針對 "model" 為專題所撰寫的專書，如此這也造成大家對 "model" 認知上的欠缺與不足。筆者基於對時尚文化教育的使命，決定為這個空缺填補一些內容、提供一些想法，讓社會大眾更清楚"model"的發展歷程與文化價值。 本書的撰寫是以個人所熟悉的歷史脈絡為主軸，並且以「時尚模特兒的前世—藝術模特兒」、「時尚模特兒的推手—時尚攝影師」、「西方時尚模特兒的本尊」、「臺灣時尚模特兒發展史」，這四個獨立篇章來做為全書主要的結構。其中將「藝術模特兒」與「時尚攝影師」做為論述「時尚模特兒」鋪陳前的安排，是考量 "model" 一詞在語意上淵源是與藝術有著深厚的關係。另外，「時尚攝影師」章節的增列，則是顧及到「時尚攝影師」對 "fashion model" 價值的提升與確立，是具有直接且關鍵的影響所致。希望這本書的問世，能有助於社會大眾對"model"相關課題的理解。

在神經系統模擬的研究上，有尖峰響應模型(Spike Response Model)來描述多神經系統動力學，有霍吉金-赫胥黎模型(Hodgkin–Huxley model)來描述單神經元及離子通道開關的動態變化，有菲茨休-南雲模型(FitzHugh-Nagumo model)來分析神經元的狀態演化，卻沒有任何一個模型可以用來描述離子通道這個層次的動力學。 離子通道的動力學之所以重要，是因為影響整個神經傳遞最基本的因素就只有離子的變化而已。但是過去的模型都用電阻來模擬離子通道，因此無法探討微觀中每個離子的動力學。我們利用可控閘極電壓式單電子電晶體模型(Controllable gate voltage single-electron transistor model)來完整描述離子通道的行為。 在這個模型中，我們需要考慮時變的閘極電壓。因此我們以微擾理論給出閘極電壓與系統環境間耦合強度的關係。並利用非平衡格林函數(Non-Equilibrium Green's Function)給出系統的粒子數及電流隨時間的演化。 我們整合霍吉金-赫胥黎模型及可控閘極電壓式單電子電晶體模型做反向傳播(backpropagation)，提出一個新的神經系統模型。利用可控閘極電壓式單電子電晶體模型模擬單離子通道算出的電流，加上霍吉金-赫胥黎模型給出單神經中離子通道開啟的數量，可以得到膜電位的變化。再修正霍吉金-赫胥黎模型所得到的膜電位誤差，做多次反向傳播後誤差將會收斂。最後我們再加入尖峰響應模型，考慮其他神經元的訊號以及動作電位後的閥值修正，即可得到完整的神經系統模型。

France was one of the two most important Western powers in the eighteenth century, and was home to one of the three major European East India companies. Yet the nation is woefully underrepresented in Canton trade scholarship. Susan E. Schopp rescues the French from the sidelines, showing that they exerted a presence that, though closely watched by their rivals, is today largely unrecognized. As a co-founder of the PRC’s first unofficial literary journal Jintian (Today) in 1978, Mang Ke was born in 1950. He began writing poetry as a sent-down youth in Baiyangdian, rural Hebei province, during the Cultural Revolution. One of the progenitors of what would later be called Obscure or “Misty” poetry, his spare, impressionistic poems were among the first to break free of the imposed discourse of Maoism towards an image-based literary style that left space for both expression and interpretation. This study tests the factors of transaction costs (TC) and resource-based views (RBV) to explain the MNEs’ entry decisions in China. By using large firm-level data from China, I show in this paper that variables related to internal uncertainty (e.g., management) and firm-specific assets tend to affect MNEs’ entry decisions in a way that is consistent with the transaction cost logic; that is, the higher degree of internal uncertainty, the MNEs may require more control over the foreign facilities or the JV. On the other hand, those variables related to external uncertainty (e.g., marketing) and intangible assets tend to conform to the resource-based view, which means higher external uncertainty would cause the MNEs to leverage the resources or local experience of local partners. This suggests that MNEs may need complementary resources from local partners to reduce the external uncertainty and enhance the value of their intangible resources.

This dissertation decomposes labor supply into three margins step by step and studies the relative effects of two adverse labor market institutes on labor supply. Labor supply in Europe declined about 30% relative to the US over the past 3 decades. The decline in labor supply comes from both hours worked per worker and employment. Some studies attributed the declining hours worked to higher labor taxes, while other studies accredited high unemployment rates in Europe to generous non-employment benefits. Fang and Rogerson (2009) is the only exception which incorporates two margins of labor supply. Fang and Rogerson (2009) embedded working hours into Pissarides matching model and found that higher labor taxes decrease both hours per worker and employment. The first essay of this dissertation starts from Fang and Rogerson (2009) to compares the relative effects of increases in labor taxes and non-employment benefits on hours per worker and employment and quantifies them.

This study examined the relationship between ethical leadership and multidimensional organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs), specifically organization-targeted OCBs (OCBO) and individual-targeted OCBs (OCBI). In addition, the study examined the multiple mediating effects of selfefficacy, respect, and leader-member exchange (LMX) on the relationship between ethical leadership and OCBO, as well as the relationship between ethical leadership and OCBI. Through the application of a hierarchical linear model, an analysis of the results from 656 dyadic supervisor- subordinate data from 145 business units in Taiwan showed that both respect and LMX significantly mediated the ethical leadership-OCBO and -OCBI relationships. The implications of these results for theory and practice and directions for future research are also discussed.
