商品簡介
This work seeks to provide a holistic picture of the educational philosophy and visions for educational reform of English art critic and social philosopher John Ruskin (1819-1900). The author aims to present Ruskin's ideas about pedagogical principles, methods, and reform from their foundations in his moral aesthetic, through his teaching roles and writings on education, to their culmination in Fors Clavigera (a series of ninety-six letters on educational reform) and the Guild of Saint George (the charitable trust established by Ruskin).
