商品簡介
This book suggests that the primary forms of group identity in the United States are not race, ethnicity, class, religion, and the like, but instead new forms of tribalism primarily based on lifestyle, i.e., group identities formed around consumer choices, clothing fashion, personal adornment, brand identification, style preferences, and so on. It aims to identify and describe the lifestyle tribes and choices that currently make up the "jigsaw puzzle" of American society. Annotation c2011 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
