商品簡介
This work collects eight papers from a conference held in October 2009 and organized by the Technical University of Dresden's Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition, and Media Law, in cooperation with the Institute of Intellectual Property Law. Discussion encompasses the impact of new legal standards on national law and proceedings and the question of whether the reinforced recognition of intellectual property rights has reached its limits. Major themes include civil enforcement, problems of competition law, and objections and counterclaims in IP litigation. Some specific paper topics include implementation of the enforcement directive into Polish law, the enforcement of personality rights, the compulsory license under competition law, and compulsory patent licenses under German law. Editor Gotting is affiliated with the Technical University of Dresden. The book is distributed in the US by ISBS. Annotation c2012 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
