Tyler Florence is the host of Food Network’s long-running series Food 911. He honed his culinary skills in some of New York City’s top restaurants, including Aureole, Mad 61, the River Cafe, and the wildly popular Cafeteria, where he was the founding chef. Tyler can be seen frequently on the Today Show, where he makes regular appearances, and on numerous other programs. He lives in New York City.
