商品簡介
While individual coups d'etat have often been the subject of attention by political scientists, there has not been much work done on coups as a generic political phenomenon. Bankowicz (political science, Jagiellonian U., Poland) aims to fill this gap by offering a theoretical political science analysis of coups as a general object. He offers a typology of coups, examines the relationship and distinctions between coups, revolutions, rebellions, civil war, and guerilla warfare; and addresses the techniques of coups detat.
