Adam Richman has starred on and produced numerous Discovery Channel shows, includingMan vs Food and Adam Richman’s The Best Sandwich in America, and is the host of NBC’s Food Fighters.Brooklyn born and bred, Richman is a graduate of Emory University and the Yale School of Drama and is the author ofAmerica the Edible: A Hungry History from Sea to Shining Sea.
