It is important for the neighborhoods to maintain their community, but what happens to those who can no longer manage their homes? Uncommon Heroes is a book of inspiring stories of homeowners in desperate situations who needed help with the upkeep of their home and about the community uniting around them to give them back a little hope.

As the CO-Founder and COO of Community Affects, a nonprofit organization, Dianne is on the forefront as a Community Impact Strategist. After many years of researching ways a community can reach out to neighborhoods, Wes and Dianne founded Community Affects where they train and coach organizations how to bring the city together to help those in need in their community by collaborating more than one entity in the process. Married for ten years, Dianne and her husband Wes, enjoy working and traveling together with their faithful four legged companion by their side.
