Editors Naamat, Osin, and Porat present readers with the third volume in a series investigating non-discrimination norms in a variety of contexts. This volume is focused on Africa and provides readers with a compiled collection of various national constitutional provisions and other laws regarding non-discrimination and the promotion of equality from around the continent. The editors have organized the selections that make up the main body of the text alphabetically by country of origin. Selections begin with Algeria and end with Zimbabwe.
