Alessandro Stasi is a lecturer in business law at Mahidol University International College (MUIC). He holds two doctoral degrees in comparative business law from the University Federico II of Naples, Italy and the University Sophia Antipolis of Nice, France. In addition to being the author of textbooks in civil law, Alessandro Stasi also writes scholarly articles in leading international academic journals and provides advice to governments, corporations, international organizations, and non-governmental organizations concerning business law issues.
