商品簡介
This resource for prospective and in-service school administrators uses a variety of case studies to illustrate issues related to the management of instructional and non-instructional employees who fail to carry out their responsibilities effectively. Compiled by three professors of educational leadership (U. of South Florida), the fictionalized cases guide readers through the process of analyzing a situation, identifying possible courses of action, and weighing the potential consequences of each. The cases are organized into chapters dealing with such themes as interpersonal relationships, resource allocation, and community relations.
