Forefront: Leading Collaborative Architectural Practice is the leadership handbook for today's design and construction professionals. Peter DeLisle, PhD, served as the Leslie B. Crane Chair of Leadership Studies and director of The Posey Leadership Institute at Austin College until his recent retirement.
