作者簡介
Gerard Seijts is professor of organizational behavior at the Ivey Business School at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada. His areas of research are leadership, performance management, and organizational change. Gerard is the author of two recent books: Good Leaders Learn (2013); and Developing Leadership Character (2016) (with Mary Crossan and Jeffrey Gandz). He is the Executive Director of the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership
Karen MacMillan is assistant professor of organizational behavior and human resource management at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Her areas of research are leadership, candour, employee voice, and followership.
