Mabel Sanchez is a PhDstudent at New Mexico State University, USA. Mabel has worked in the governmentand private sector, including the World Trade Center El Paso/Juarez, the NewMexico Border Authority, and the Dallas Independent School District. Herresearch interests include diversity, gender and organization, organizationalchange, feminist theory, and qualitative research.
