Martin W. Angler is a freelance science journalist with a background in technology and environmental journalism. His articles have appeared in UK and US broadcasters and publications including the BBC, Scientific American and DISCOVER magazine, and also major German and Swiss newspapers, such as Neue Zurcher Zeitung, ZEIT Online, SPIEGEL Online, P.M. Magazin and Bild der Wissenschaft. He also currently hosts two radio programmes on technology on the Italian public broadcaster RAI, as well as leading interdisciplinary science projects at the European Academy of Bolzano. He is due to undertake a PhD at Edinburgh Napier University beginning Autumn 2015.
