Dr. Sebastian Deterding is an assistant professor of game design at Northeastern University, and the co-editor of The Gameful World: Approaches, Issues, Applications (MIT Press, 2015).
Dr. Jose P. Zagal is a game designer, scholar, and researcher. He is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Utah where he teaches game design and ethics. He is the author of Ludoliteracy (ETC Press, 2011) and editor of The Videogames Ethics Reader (Cognella, 2012).
