Digital Government Excellence: Lessons From Effective Digital Leaders

This book will be a playbook on how to achieve digital government (and more widely: digital transformation) excellence, in the form of a collection of interviews with 25 remarkable digital government leaders from around the world. It will provide insights and pointers for any digital government manager or practitioner on what it takes to steer digital government transformation in the best possible way: how to be the most effective leader in this area. It will also be a useful source for the growing number of researchers and consultants in the digital government transformation field (much of the practice and approach from government digitization success would be very similar for any large organization--it brings practical value to C-level and especially CIO/CDO/CTO folks from any sector).
