Our Life in Dreams

Our Life in Dreams is a manual that teaches us how to open ourselves to dreams that take the form of messages from our deeper self, soul, or spirit. It is a book that clearly has an important message, with approximately 20 editions since it was originally published in Portuguese in 1993. The author teaches us that there are many different types of dreams that we can experience, often of a psychological origin, but that dreams can also give us messages from our higher self that provide spiritual guidance and that open us to deeper levels of reality.
