One Night at Kedasi

Being a freelancer is never easy. Ship captain Zip Turbine can usually provide a sarcastic reply to any situation but after a string of bad jobs leaves her and her companion Tom, a five-foot-tall talking shrimp, near destitute any offer looks good. Though maybe that intriguing job offer from the shadowy Manchester Corporation was less than ideal. In fact, the contract was more akin to blackmail. Even worse, Zip and Tom are burdened with the mandatory company of two deadly mercenaries.

Now saddled with untrustworthy companions, Zip and Tom are racing against a rival crew of mercenaries, lead by Zip's ex and an alien that already tried to squash Tom once, to retrieve an asset from Kedasai, an eerily abandoned theme park asteroid. Along the way, the unlikely team will discover the true depth of their employer's deceit, and face a terrifying foe.
