I didn't write this book to be perfect. I wrote it to be real.

Unapologetically Me is my true story-told from the inside out. It's a journey through childhood trauma, spiritual awakening, soul-deep love, loss, rage, healing, and remembering who I really am. I grew up in Greece, in a family full of love but also silence. At eight years old, something happened that changed me forever-and for a long time, I stayed quiet. This book is how I finally found my voice.

You'll walk with me through heartbreaks and betrayals, mystical experiences, powerful dreams, signs from beyond, and the spiritual truths I had to uncover on my own. You'll see what it's like to grow up feeling too much, sensing too much, knowing too much-and being told to hide it.
