My father was married before he married my mother, Mary Lewis Lowe. My mother was a widow when she met my father Charlie Lowe and had five children and gave birth to another child, Mary Frances, and one miscarriage. All my mother's children were raised in the small town of Vienna, GA. The city of Vienna is the county seat of Dooly County, Georgia. My hometown is so small that before the geospatial positioning system (G.P.S.) is completed, giving you instructions on the direction to Vienna you will already be out of the city limits. The best thing that happened in this small town was my being born here.
