ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr. Israel Anene Agodu is a Professor Of Management at Eastern Gateway Community College in Ohio. He graduated from Athens State University in Athens, Alabama, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He earned his Master's Degree (MBA) in Marketing from Alabama A & M University, a Master of Art in Teaching (MAT) Degree in elementary mathematics from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and a Doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Agodu has published one of the most referenced articles "Exploring the Effect of Manipulative on Students Performance" which is a consolidated approach towards the improved and result-oriented development of mathematical understanding in children from an early age with the major role contributed by the use of manipulatives on the International Journal of Advanced Research and Development. He has four books to his credit, namely: Leadership Styles and Companies Success in Innovation and Job Satisfaction, Pockets of Hope, Strategy and Innovation Challenges to Post-pandemic Resilience, and The Law, Social Justice and Global Terrorism: Examining the International Laws and Social Justice.
