《法律和政治科學》(Law and Political Science)是西南政法大學主管、西南政法大學期刊社指導、行政法學院和政治與公共管理學院聯合主辦的法學類學術集刊。法律和政治科學(總第8輯)共分6個欄目15篇文章。堅持以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導，堅持正確的政治方向，立足法學、政治學、社會學等相關領域，通過學科交叉、學術交融，旨在實現法學和政治學兩大學科的交叉互補，通過融合法學的規範研究與政治科學的經驗研究，打造出主題突出、特點鮮明的法學與政治學交叉學科集刊，既能克服當前法學期刊范式單一、方法匱乏的不足，又能消解眼下政治學期刊游離於決策之外的弊病。

《證明責任、假定與論證》(Burden of Proof, Presumption and Argumentation)是加拿大溫莎大學道格拉斯•沃爾頓於2014年出版的法律推理方面的著作。在本書中，作者結合人工智能領域的新近研究成果，在對大量非法律的和法律的案例進行分析的基礎上，探討了不同語境下的證明責任形塑相關論證的方式，並以證明責任和假定這兩個概念為基礎，構建出一個適合庭審中證據推理語境以及日常會話語境中的論證的模型。在該模型中，證明責任決定了兩個對論證進展有著重要意義的問題：一是在何種情形下論證者負有為其主張提供支持性論證的義務；二是相關論證者需要為其被質疑的主張提供何種強度上的支持性論證。

本教材由四川幼兒師範高等專科學校的英語教師編寫，編者依託高校一線教學經驗，結合對多所幼兒園的深入調研與實踐素材收集，旨在為學前教育專業的學生和幼兒教師提供科學、系統的英語教學指導。教材以幼兒園一日活動為主線，圍繞生活活動、集體教學活動和自由遊戲活動三大模塊展開，緊扣學前教育的五大領域與七大類遊戲內容，注重語言教育與實際教學場景的融合，力求提升幼師的英語語言應用能力和教學實踐水平。 本教材採用模塊化設計，結構嚴謹、內容循序漸進。每章圍繞具體主題，通過Phonics(自然拼讀)、Warming Up(熱身活動)、Presentation(內容呈現)、Words and Expressions(詞匯與表達)、Functional Sentences(功能句型)、Practice(實踐環節)和Fun Time(趣味時間)等模塊，系統培養幼師的英語口語能力與教學技巧。特別是自然拼讀教學法的融入，強調拼讀技巧和語音規律的掌握，為幼師英語口語能力的提升奠定了堅實基礎，並為幼兒的英語學習提供了輕鬆、愉快的啟蒙路徑。

本書從金融時間序列分析的人工智能方法入手，著重研究人工智能前沿方法對金融時間序列進行分析、預測和可視化。全書共分為八章，第一章介紹人工智能的發展和人工智能背景下金融時間序列分析的發展，第二章研究基於多層感知機(MultiLayer Perceptron，MLP)架構的具有外部時間注意力的多模態實體對齊變換器(Multi-modal Entity Alignment Transformer，MEAformer)模型及預測，第三章考慮具有超前進位模塊的循環神經網絡(Carry-Lookahead Recurrent Neural Network，CL-RNN)模型，第四章構建具有相空間重構模塊的長短期記憶神經網絡(Phase Space Reconstruction Long Short-Term Memory Neural Network，PSR-LSTM)模型，第五章研究卷積神經網絡和長短期記憶神經網絡相融合的(Convolutional Neural Network and Long Short-Term Memory Neural Network，CNN-LSTM)模型，第六章針對金融的混沌特徵，提出基於寬度學習和多頭注意力機制的(Multi-head Attention Mechanism with Broad Learning System，Multi-Attn BLS)模型，第七章針對多元金融時間序列預測，構建基於寬度學習和動態自適應圖卷積轉換器的(Dynamic Adaptive Graph Convolutional Transformer with Broad Learning System，DAGCT-BLS)模型，第八章金融風險分析，構建基於神經網絡分位數回歸模型。

中國非洲研究院系根據習近平總書記重要指示精神成立，肩負著促進中非人文交流、深化中非文明互鑒的重要使命。作為中國非洲研究院的院刊，《中國非洲學刊》秉持學術性、創新性和開放性的原則，刊發國內外關於非洲的研究和中非關係研究的高質量學術論文，擬以中、英兩種文字在海內外出版發行。目前英文刊是以書代刊形式，已出版三輯，現在擬出版第四輯。本期Chinese Journal of African Studies (Volume 4 Number 1 October 2025),《中國非洲學刊》(英文版)以“China-Africa Cooperation and Development from the Perspective of the Global South(全球南方視域下中非合作與發展)”為選題和副書名，包括九篇文章。其中四篇文章的作者是非洲專家學者，曾參與我國外交部、中國非洲研究院等機構組織的來華調研活動，切身體會到在習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想指導下的新時代中國飛速發展，並致力於將中國的先進思想和優秀經驗傳播到非洲國家，寫出“習近平治國理政思想對非洲發展的啟示”系列文章。另外五篇文章的作者是中國學者，其中一篇是本領域頂尖學者專門針對全球南方專題的約稿文章，四篇是已經發表在中文期刊上的文章，翻譯成英文。

軸輻協議？(Hub-and-Spoke Conspiracy)是一種特殊的壟斷協定形式，其結構形似馬車車輪：？中心實體(“軸心”)？ 與多個？週邊經營者(“輻條”)？ 分別達成縱向協定，而這些原本處於競爭關係的週邊經營者之間，？通過軸心的協調或組織，實質上達成橫向合謀？，從而排除、限制市場競爭。軸輻協議的概念和違法認定標準始於美國，中國消費者比較熟知的美國公司，比如蘋果公司、玩具反鬥城，都曾經因實施軸輻協議被反壟斷罰款。目前我國法律、行政法規和法院判例對軸輻協議進行規制，也是一個漸進的過程。本書第一章是軸輻協議的理論考察。立足於軸輻協議的基本概念與命名思路，探討軸輻協議的發展歷程，體會一種新型法律關係與法律概念融入法律評價與法律實施體系的過程。其次，還需厘清縱向與橫向的結合方式並梳理其結構特點，辨析與其類似的幾種概念，繼而研究軸輻協議的運行原理，在此基礎上明晰軸輻協議表現形式，明確其特殊性與危害性，為後續研究打下堅實基礎。第二章，軸輻協議的性質判定。以“原料藥‘獨家包銷’案”作為切入點，對壟斷協定二分法的結構性缺陷及軸輻協議性質判定困境形成透徹認識。在此基礎上，進一步對軸輻協議的性質進行明確界定，並為壟斷協議整體制度劃分確定方向。第三章，軸輻協定的認定規則。依據軸輻協議的特點及性質，借鑒美國法實證研究的基礎上，對軸輻協定的細化認定規則進行確定，達到具體、準確之程度。第四章，軸輻協議違法性判定的系譜分析模式。在前文討論的基礎上，通過對本身違法及合理原則兩種分析模式的深入認識，確定軸輻協定的分析模式。並且，對軸輻協定適用分析模式的細節與要點進行明確。第五章，軸輻協議的中國法進路。在以上所有研究的基礎上，對本書研究結果進行闡述，構建符合中國實踐狀況的軸輻協議的法律規制體系，為制度的發展指明方向。

《語言變化原理》共三卷，是拉波夫在20世紀60年代以來對於語言演變研究的彙集和總結。 第一卷Principles of Linguistic Change：Internal Factors(語言變化原理：內部因素)主要討論跟語言結構相關聯的語言演變。本書絕大部分內容是拉波夫從1965年到1992年對於語言變化研究的總結。包括制約語言演變的因素，語言演變的機制以及各種涉及語言系統的變化。 第二卷Principles of Linguistic Change：Social Factors(語言變化原理：社會因素)著重研究各種社會因素，如社會語言學中的6個主要獨立變項：性別、年齡、社會經濟階層、種族、族群、社區規模等因素影響下的語言變化表現，包括語言變化的帶領者的分析，語言變化的傳播、增長和繼續。區分出言語社區不同成員在社區內的地位極其與別的言語社區之間的聯繫。進而研究交際模式，社會網絡的同質和強化效應，變體成分跨代際和跨時期的傳播。全書的核心問題：沿著同一個方向歷經久遠變化的語音是如何不斷地從一代傳遞到下一代的。 第三卷Principles of Linguistic Change：Cognate and Cultural Factors(語言變化原理：認知和文化因素)。在社會語言學實驗性研究的基礎上，探討與語言相關的認知心理因素和文化因素跟語言變化的關係。認知因素：作為影響語言系統獲得傳遞事物狀態的信息的因素：在於說的內容是什麼而不在於表達方式或與語體風格上。文化因素：通過準確識別語言範疇來解碼話語內容的能力。這跟當前語言學從形式到功能，又轉向認知心理研究的前沿正相對應。第三卷的研究項目大部分是致力於理解說明《北美英語地圖集》(ANAE)新發現的影響。《北美英語地圖集》通過對332個北美城市的研究，第一次直觀展現了全美國乃至北美大陸的人們所說的英語語音體系。把先前對進行中變化的看法擴展到大規模的元音系統的整個變化：在相反方向上驅動鄰近區域的變化。《北美英語地圖集》發現北美英語的區域性分化穩步增長。第三卷與前兩卷相比，研究領域更廣泛，資料數據更豐富。第三卷深入第一卷考慮的內
